SPLENDOUR In The Grass festival headliner Florence and the Machine have added a sneaky secret fan show to their whirlwind Australian visit later this month.

With the festival and theatre side shows in Melbourne on July 22 and Sydney on July 23 selling out in quick time, Florence Welch agreed to put on the “fan event” at a secret location in Sydney on July 24.

The money-can’t-buy tickets can only be won via Channel V and KIIS 1065 and the concert broadcast on July 26.

Her third album How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful has dominated the charts worldwide since its release in May, spending three weeks at No. 1 in Australia.

She was one of the standout performers at last weekend’s Glastonbury Festival, where Florence and the Machine were elevated to the Friday night headliner spot to replace the Foo Fighters after frontman Dave Grohl broke his leg.

While she is only doing limited shows on the east coast around Splendour in Byron Bay later this month, it is expected she will return for a national run of shows which may include the Laneway festival in early 2016.
